The Yilink name, logo and all product imagery belong to Yilink New Energy Co., Ltd. The datasheets, manuals and certificates offered for download are the property of their issuer and are reproduced without modification.

UL, the UL mark and Product iQ are registered trademarks of UL LLC. Their mention describes the certifications held by the products and implies no affiliation between UL LLC and Yilink Canada.

Accuracy of information

Published specifications reproduce the manufacturer's official datasheets in force at the date of publication. They may change without notice. Where they differ, the manufacturer's PDF datasheet prevails.

The UL certificate numbers cited can be verified on UL Product iQ®.

Personal data

The forms on this site collect your name, your email address and, if you provide them, your telephone number and your message, for the sole purpose of answering your enquiry. Your IP address and browser type are kept alongside the enquiry to filter out automated submissions. This data is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Independently of any form, we keep a visit log. For each page viewed we record your IP address, the browser and operating system in use, the address and title of the page, the time spent on it, your browser language, your screen size, your time zone and, where applicable, the address of the site you arrived from. This tells us which pages are genuinely useful and which ones fall short. It is kept for ninety days, then deleted.

Your IP address is sent to the ipwho.is service, located outside Quebec, for the sole purpose of deriving an approximate city and internet provider. Nothing else is disclosed to it. No private-network address is ever sent.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to info@yilink.ca.

Cookies

This site loads Google Analytics on every page. That service sets its own cookies, which allow the same browser to be recognised from one visit to the next, and in doing so receives your IP address, your browser characteristics and the pages you view. There are, however, no advertising cookies, and no data is sold.

Our own visit log, described above, writes nothing to your device: no cookie, no local storage. It recognises you for the duration of a visit through the combination of your IP address and your browser characteristics alone.

The chat button at the foot of the page is this site's own code: as long as you do not touch it, the chat service is not loaded. If you ask to open a conversation, tawk.to is then loaded, sets its own cookies to keep track of the exchange, and receives at that point your IP address, your browser characteristics and the address of the page you are writing from. Once the conversation is open it stays loaded on subsequent pages for the rest of your visit.
